You’re about a 5-minute drive to Magnolia Plaza Shopping Center where you’ll find Publix for your grocery needs, a pharmacy, golf cart rentals, and more. Your also just a 2-minute drive to a family friendly swimming pool, and if you're looking for more activities you are just a few minutes away from a large number of recreation centers offering billiards rooms, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The spacious guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet with plenty of hangers. Finally, there is a charming screened in lanai with a table and two love seats for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or enjoying a beverage in the evening after a busy day of activities.This home comes complete with WIFI internet connection and two smart TVs. Included with your rental is two guest passes to use any of the family friendly and adult only swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiard tables, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
