Sunsets are spectacular on the canal with no obstructed view to the West. The large deep-water channel is home to Manatees (Sea Cows) and often can be spotted just a few feet from your private dock. The neighborhood has miles of sidewalks to exercise. You will see many neighbors walking, jogging, bike riding, rollerblading, skateboarding, etcetera. If miles of continuous trail are needed, the following are all easily accessible and close to the home. The Suncoast Trail is 42 miles from start to finish. The Upper Tampa Bay Trail is 15 miles in length. The Pinellas Trail is 50 miles in length. Also, Bayshore Boulevard is awesome.
