This tenant does share the side yard entryway with the main house.There is a $15 charge/day for utilities. If utility cost is over $1000 for your stay (anything one month or under) you will be charged the excess. Utilities consist of water, gas and electric. (Gas is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE currently).
