The community marina and dock, as well as tennis/pickleball court are both a pleasant short walk away. When you enter this professionally decorated home, you are greeted with beautiful hardwood floors, a large fully stocked kitchen with ample room to gather in with family. A beautiful view of nature awaits you in the great room, enticing you further in. A large wrap around deck and lower level outdoor firepit beckon you to step outside. The main floor bedroom with an on suite awaits you as well as additional bedrooms ...all with spectacular views of tree canopies. More offerings of rest and relaxation can be found on the lower level of the home, with additional main bedroom with an on suite bathroom and two other bedrooms. The lower level also offers a pool table and separate entertaining space as well as access to the outside seating area and nature trails. Enjoy time with family and friends around the firepit, or take a walk to the pond where we invite you to fish (catch and release only please) Bring or rent a boat! This rental includes a complimentary slip at the community dock.This home offers 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and bunk beds for the kids (in their own custom built hideaway)! The bathrooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Seeing is believing!
