It comes with a boat slip in our community dock and includes access to a pickleball, tennis and basketball court. Lake Keowee covers about 18,500 acres and is known for its crystal clear water that is cool even in the summer months. Enjoy fishing, water sports, waterfalls and more all within close range! Our home is in a private, gated community and is only a 25 minute drive to Clemson University. It is under an hour drive to other popular attractions and cities such as Greenville SC, the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, Cashiers, Brevard, and Hendersonville NC. Art and craft festivals are plentiful in the spring and fall. This home was once a clubhouse so the main floor is filled with natural sunlight yet offers privacy, boasting an open concept design. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level as well as a toddler bed.Gate code, house lockbox and boat slip information will be sent prior to your arrival.
