Allowing great access to the Valleys many activities and cities such as Phoenix (25 mins), Tempe (20 mins) & Scottsdale (30 mins). Phoenix Skyharbor also 25 mins away. Many choices for shopping include various grocery, club stores, restaurants, pharmacies & hospitals all within minutes.ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in or within 50 feet of property. Signs of smoke will incur additional cleaning fee of $250 ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!There is a $100 pet fee due at booking.Additionally there is a $50 ($100 max) per pet security deposit, maximum is 3 dogs which will be requested separately at time of approval of your booking. If you keep your pets off of all furniture and you pick up, bag and properly dispose of your pets waste you'll get your pet security fee back. Pretty simple. Please note, if pets are not added to the reservation at time of booking, $150 will be charged as pet fee at check in and will require security deposit paid immediately.
