Rental includes use of golf cart and access to community club house. As this is an active-adult community, at least one renter must be 40 years of age and all occupants must be at least 19. Rental includes two Renter cards for use of community facilities.NOTE: Depending on time of rental, COVID-19 restrictions may impact access to community pools, club houses, and other amenities.
