Located just off I - 75 south of Tampa and within minuets of beaches. This is a 55 and older community that requires one occupant to be 55 years old or older. House is rented with golf cart. There is a complete kitchen with all new appliances. Two bedrooms and baths that are separated by family room. One bedroom has Queen bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper bed in the living room if needed. Sun porch overlooks small lake with wildlife. Rental comes with a golf cart that can be used throughout the community from sunrise to sunset. Located just one hour from Disney and 35 minuets from St. Pete Beach. Rental requires 28 day minimum stay.
