Whether you're coming in to visit family or just passing through, rest assure knowing that this space will be your comfortable home away from home. Located in the heart of Southern Pines you will be walking distance to all of the best shops, dining, breweries and wine bars. The main level has a large sectional for lounging and watching television and is open to the kitchen and dining space. There is a dining table outside for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the sounds of nature. All three bedrooms are upstairs and have queen size beds. There is a washer and dryer available for complementary use during your stay. You will have full access to the entire townhome during your stay. We utilize an electronic keypad and you will receive a code prior to your arrival. If you have any questions, please reach out!Enjoy this space, we have curated the perfect space for a family getaway. No cats permitted on property, unauthorized pets will incur additional fees. EV charging available for $20/day.
