Lots of parking. The private boat dock has 3 boat slips, slide, kayaks, paddleboards (life vests are not provided), deck and a lilypad. If you want a family fun lake front vacation home on the lake, this is the one.OUR CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty(60) days prior to the arrival date, will incur a $200.00 administration fee. Cancellations that are made within 30-59 days of the arrival date, will incur a 50% penalty of the total rental rate and taxes. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date forfeit 100% of total rental rate and taxes. Cleaning fees and security deposit will be refunded.
