From the large windows in the kitchen and living room to the many more throughout the house, you will never miss a sunrise or sunset casting over the surrounding mountain ranges. The grand great room earns its "grand" name by showcasing a four-sided fireplace, massive, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The gourmet kitchen is extra spacious and includes high-end appliances to make cooking a breeze! After working up a sweat in the home gym or exploring the outdoors, the sauna will help you relax and unwind after a long day. The jetted tub in the main bathroom is another relaxing oasis in our home. With several windows by the tub, you can enjoy a bubble bath to soothe your muscles while appreciating the mountain views. Two office spaces in the home make it perfect for couples or multiple guests who need to work remotely while staying with us. ***THIS HOME IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 30+ NIGHT STAYS*** Bed Configuration:Main Bedroom - King Bed2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed3rd Bedroom - Two Twin BedsOther - FutonThe development is lightly trafficked with vehicles, and there are plenty of opportunities for biking, hiking, or walking on the nearby trails. The home is a 15-minute drive to Ridgway, a 25-minute drive to Ouray, and a 50-minute drive to Telluride.This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs with a pet fee of $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). *This home is currently for sale*Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Due to this home is a 30-night rental we do require a 60 DAY CANCELATION NOTICE, Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.
