There is a pull-out sofa in the living room for additional sleeping options. It is a short walk to the Deer Valley base lodge and world-class ski school.Enjoy cooking on the outside grill, sipping drinks at the table on the deck while overlooking the mountains, or relaxing in the private hot tub after a day of skiing, golfing, hiking or chilling. As an end unit on the top (3rd) floor, there is no passing foot or ski boot traffic.The kitchen, located adjacent to the living room in an open floor plan, was recently renovated and is decorated in rustic cabinets and quartz countertops.
