"MASTER" studio has a queen bed.6, KITCHENETTE: Each apartment has its own efficiency kitchenette. We encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Coffeemaker, mini refrigerator)7, TOWELS: We use DISPOSABLE pillowcases and 5 shower towels (15"×32") for better hygiene. Do bring your own if they are very important for your comfort.8, NON-SMOKING: absolutely! smoke outside if you have to, and leave only cigarette butts in the outdoor ash tray (a reclaimed 5 gallon paint basket, not for regular trash, please)9, Non Flushable Items: Don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the east space coast by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens."10, FURNITURE, FLOORS, and WINDOW:a. 14" high metal bed frame, mattress is hybrid memory foam & springs. 2 jumbo pillows.b.
