The home is on secluded water front acreage for a relaxing weekend or romantic getaway. Once you enter the hidden gem in a natural rural setting, you feel like you have stepped into another world. This home is on 9.75 acres surrounded by the Monterey County Marine Sanctuary and visited by wildlife that passes through it daily. Visit and fall in love with Monterey Bay and its barking seals, gliding otters, and rogue waves. Moss Landing Harbor offers delicious meals, shopping, beach and water fun. Santa Cruz, Aptos, Capitola and Monterey Peninsula all within 15-30 minutes. Home has a deck, neighborhood horses and cows, BBQ, and fully equipped kitchen. Big screen smart TV in living room and every bedroom has it's own. Upgraded recently remodeled bath with shower over tub. Two luxurious bedrooms with queen beds complete with fireplaces and queen pull out bed in living room. Fully stocked kitchen ready to prepare your appetizing meals.
