Unit was renovated in October 2017 with a new tile shower, flooring, paint, countertops, toilet, etc. New Heat Pump (Heating & A/C installed in August 2018). New blinds installed April 2021! This is a studio style condo, open floor plan (392 sq ft) . Top Floor condo, no elevator so there will be steps. **Pool closed until Memorial Day weekend 2024.
