Your sanctuary is in one of the busiest cities in the world - if you love both, city and nature, this is the perfect combination. Enter the 3500 sqft loft (and the 1500 Sqft private deck garden) through a private elevator. 6 huge south facing windows are framing the beautiful cast iron buildings on Lispenard Street and on the other side you look into your private garden and over the historic houses of Soho. In the evening, light a fire in the wood burning fireplace and cook a meal in the huge high-end , and fully equipped kitchen, or play the Steinway Piano in the Music room & Library. There is a 13ft long dining table for entertaining, as well as a big sectional sofa and theater-like screen & projector setup in the living area. Hang out in your beautiful private garden which is the heart of the loft and can be accessed from every room. There is a big sliding glass partition facing the private courtyard, that you can open 2/3 for a nice summer breeze. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are exposed wood beams in the bedrooms. In the master bathroom has a walk in Steam shower. The views are beautiful both ways: south (Tribeca) and north (Soho). The apartment is on the 4th floor and is very bright since it has 15 windows to three different sides. The apartment is situated in a 6 story historic loft building from 1872. Tribeca is probably the best neighborhood in NYC: you're walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shopping. You are also close to all major Subways lines. Stay in your private sanctuary in the heart of downtown with a beautiful private garden.
