The second bedroom features King-sized bed, ceiling fan, a TV, a desk, chair, luggage rack, direct patio access to the backyard area, and an ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom features 2 full-sized beds, ceiling fan, a luggage rack, a dresser and a direct patio door access to the balcony; ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The guest bathroom is equipped with shower/tub combination, vanity, toilet bowl, modern fixtures and fresh towels, providing a refreshing start to your day. Ensuite bathrooms are equipped with stand-up showers, vanity and toilet bowl. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The laundry room has a washer and dryer located in the enclosed area near the pool area. Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated.• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city.
