Brand new Stearns & Fosters and Black Beauty Rest mattresses in the upstairs 4 king bedrooms. Brand new American Signature beds upstairs with storage built in at the foot of the bed. Nightstands have a night light feature as well as built in USB and USB-C ports for easy charging. Luxury down comforters and king sized pillows. Each bedroom has a smart TV and the home has wifi and access to live tv with YouTube TV subscription access included. Ceiling fan in every bedroom. Huge, gourmet kitchen with TONS of soft close cabinetry and leathered granite counters. Farmhouse sink and prep sink. New Kitchen Aid appliances. Gas range. Coffee station with Keurig and K pods included. Countertop microwave stored away in cabinets, pull out and put on the counter if you wish to use during your stay. Toaster, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, Ninja blender, pots and pans, and other basic kitchen prep supplies ready for use. Dining room table with room for 8-10 place settings. Built in bar area with wine and beverage fridges. Leather power reclining sectional with usb ports and 65 inch tv in the family room. Additional lounge seating area with club chairs. Office located at the front of the home with a window looking over the front porch. Huge utility/pantry/wet room area and full laundry room on the first level with utility half bath. Bonus room with projector. Beautiful pond and wooded views surrounding the property. Pavered back patio with outdoor dining set.
