We are offering a 3 room suite with private bathroom, entrance & patio for guests. Located in North Tampa, a world away, yet convenient to everything Tampa Bay has to offer. Beautiful Old Florida Lake House - Enjoy the real Florida - 30 minutes from downtown Tampa, 20 minutes north of Tampa International Airport, 45 minutes to pristine beaches or inland rivers. Relax by the lake or explore nearby Tampa attractions - Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Adventure Island, USF, University of Tampa, Ybor City, the Straz Center, Lowry Park Zoo, The Florida Aquarium, Amalie Arena - all less than 30 minutes. 45 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. I am happy to make recommendations for just about any outdoor adventure - kayaking rivers or to islands, sailing, hiking. The suite includes three rooms, one with a queen bed and the second room has sofa and kitchen facilites. Plenty of natural light, painted concrete floors with area rugs. The suite offers a private bathroom with large walk in shower and outdoor private patio overlooking the wooded conservation area. Shared enjoyment of the lakeside deck, kayaks & grounds. Enjoy the beauty of natural Florida under the cool shade of the Cypress Trees with the convenience of easy access to downtown Tampa, the Tampa International Airport, Ybor City, Amalie Arena, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, USF, University of Tampa, Lowry Park Zoo, The Florida Aquarium, the Straz Center, Carrolwood, Tarpon Springs & Gulf Beaches.Enjoy amenities such as kayaks, canoes, swimming & sunning lakeside, picnicking & grilling. Shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Safe, quiet roads in upscale neighborhood for walking or jogging.
