A very heavily wooded lot where privacy abounds. Your own private beach with the use of our boat. Sit out on the huge 50 foot covered deck and relax while viewing your own private paradise. The house has 6 private bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (and a water closet off the rec room), plus a sleeping loft. A large rec room with a pool table and bar.The kitchen is brand new and you can enjoy views of the lake from there as well.You are just 8 miles to the turnoff to Camelback Mountain which is one of the best mountains around for skiing and has a huge outdoor (summer) and indoor waterpark along with CBK Adventure Park with zip lines alpine coaster and in the other seasons. You are just minutes from the Casino and 10 miles to the Crossings Outlet Mall. Horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting and paintball are all nearby.The house has a propane fire-pit over looking the lake .Please note you need to bring your own linens or rent. We do offer a sheet only package-to help with packing.PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT RENT TO PROMS GROUPS OR GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 26.
