There is an outdoor security camera that provides a view of just the driveway. The property Manager lives 10 Minutes away and can be there if there is any issues.OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious outdoors, furnished wrap around Deck, Grill and fire pit.INDOOR LIVING: modern décor, flat-screen TV, Sky lights ,sofa, plenty of natural light, 2 full Bathrooms.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS :Bedroom 1(Master w/ Full Bathroom) - 1 Queens size bed and futon - sleeps 3Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen size bed - sleep 2Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen size beds - sleep 2Bedroom 4 - 2 Twin size (bunk) with futon - sleeps 3Total accommodates - 10 peopleGENERAL: Wi-Fi, cable, washer/dryer, hairdryers, linens/towels, key-less entryPARKING: Driveway in front of property can fit up to 5 cars maximum.Policies:- Trash must be removed by guests upon check-out of the property and placed in the kitchen , the cleaning lady will dispose of the trash.- Exterior Camera has been installed for security and verification.
