This home is a multi-level home, sleeps max 12 guests, located in a quiet cove on the lake in a private neighborhood on the south east shore of Lake Livingston. The home can accommodate large groups and multiple families. Suitable for families with small children, equipped with highchair and pack-n-play (bedding provided or bring your own). Fully stocked kitchen. Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot, toaster and blender. Paper products provided. Bathrooms are stocked with soaps and bath linens. Only an hour from Houston, sit back and relax. There's plenty of fun to be had for the entire family young and old. Cook delicious meals on the BBQ grill, propane and charcoal. Bring your own boat or jet-skis and launch from the nearby Beacon Bay Marina boat launch. Boats and jet skis must be taken out of the water over night. Bring your own fishing gear and fish from the boathouse. Hook up the floating Lilly pad and enjoy the sunsets up close for the best views on the lake. Go across the street to the private “Clubhouse” Darts, pool/ping pong, basket ball, corn hole. No pets allowed. No smoking. No large events.
