The crystal-clear waters and cascading waterfalls create a peaceful ambiance, perfect for relaxation.★ KITCHEN:Fully equipped with everything you need, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all essential cookware.★ LIVING ROOM:Spacious and inviting, featuring a smart TV, with a dining area combined.★ OUTDOOR SPACE:Relax in a picturesque garden with a unique pond, dine al fresco in the outdoor dining area, and take a dip in the pool (PLEASE NOTE, THE POOL IS NOT HEATED).★ PARKING:Convenient roundabout driveway accommodating up to 5 cars. If you have an oversized vehicle such as; a trailer, jet ski, boat, or motorhome, please let us know in advance for availability and possible extra costs.★ COMMERCIAL USE:Please note, commercial photography or video shoots require prior host approval and may incur additional fees.★ PROVISIONS:Stay connected with WiFi, enjoy Smart TVs, and utilize laundry facilities, a portable crib, and starter toiletries (NOTE: WASHCLOTHS AND KITCHEN TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED).★ CLIMATE AND WILDLIFE:Experience a tropical climate with rich local wildlife; regular pest control is in place for your comfort.You’ll have full access to the house, which is completely private. The owner also has a house on the same lot, but they are almost always traveling. We kindly ask you to keep noise levels down and respect their space when they are around. If you'd like to know if the owner will be on-site during your stay, please ask us in advance.Early/Late Check-In/Out: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.
