Key Largo is 30 minutes away, Homestead Beach is 12 minutes awayProperty has a artificial grass area where you may host an event up to 30 people, ( events are not part of regular cleaning) , the extensive tiky area over the swim jacuzzy for 12 people make this a very desirable area to enjoy, or even play golf next to the pool.Imagine having a gathering with your partner in this hot tub spa with lights that accommodates 12 people.No smoking in the house, no fireworks near the Tiky bar, car must park ONLY in driveway, pets allowed. Any events of over 12 people must be disclosed or booking shall be cancelled. No smoking in the artificial turf and golf area. If the guest causes any damage, charges will applyPool is not heated.
