Renovations were completed in January of 2024. Located in Hazard only several miles (10 minutes) from the hospital, Walmart, and local restaurants and it’s all highway except for a short drive past a few homes and up the driveway! Although this listing is new, Michelle has been hosting since 2016. *This bottom apartment has a full kitchen; a spacious dining room and living room; and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunkbed that has a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. It’s one bathroom is what makes this space NOT handicap accessible, as the toilet and tub are raised and require a step up. It also has a huge laundry room with a newer model washer and dryer. There is a two nigh minimum.*The bottom apartment is all yours. You are welcome to be in the yard as well. You also have access to one parking space under the carport, as well as additional parking just outside from the apartment. ****************************************The heated pool is property of the owner and guests have access to it. It is typically from 82-86 degrees. Chairs, loungers, and beach towels are available, as well as surround sound Bluetooth music. This is “swim at your own risk.” Owner is not liable and of course there is no lifeguard. Pool will generally be available from May to August/September, depending on the weather. If this is something you wish to use, just let Shelly know so she can have it clean and ready. Please do not leave any child under 14 unattended within the fenced in pool area. This includes the swing set. An adult must be with the children in your group at all times when inside the fenced in pool area.
