This three-story home has a walk-out basement with 2 sets of full-sized bunk beds, hosts the kitchen and living quarters on the second floor, and a set of bedrooms rests on the 3rd floor. It has a compact kitchen, comes with a 14' aluminum boat, picnic table and of course, your own private dock. A few Adirondack chairs sit around a private fire-pit for you to relax and enjoy the sites and sounds of NettieBay.
