Newly constructed, the spacious condo has a modern, open concept layout with high ceilings, lots of natural light and enough space to comfortably sleep your group of 4 on your trip to Golden! The centrally located condo allows you to walk nearly anywhere you would like to go in Golden. No Car? No problem! The bedroom has a KING bed with a large walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. We provide snacks and a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups. The living room has a comfy couch (which is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV. The walkability is unbeatable.☀ Short walk to Downtown Golden☀ Minutes from School of Mines☀ Short 10-minute drive to the iconic Red Rocks☀ Amazing trailheads walking distance from the home☀ 5 minute walk to Coors Brewery☀ Grocery store across the street☀ Convenient location to I-70 to head to Denver or into the mountains☀ Walk to tubing down Clear Creek☀ 20-minute drive up Clear Creek Canyon for white water raftingOur cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request. We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you'd like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.-There is a minimum age limit of 21 to rent the home-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors-Pets are allowed NOT allowed in the building. If you bring a pet, the stay will have to be ended.-No events or parties allowed-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM-Please park in assigned parking spot-A signed rental agreement may be required after booking
