If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request. We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you'd like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.-There is a minimum age limit of 21 to rent the home-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors-Pets are allowed NOT allowed in the building. If you bring a pet, the stay will have to be ended.-No events or parties allowed-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM-Please park in assigned parking spot-A signed rental agreement may be required after booking
