Bella Vista - Beachfront **LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**"Beachfront Bella Vista is an updated coastal inspired beach home that offers amazing sunsets and spectacular views of the beach, gulf, and bay all from the wrap around deck. Bella Vista can accommodate up to 16 guests and has 4 bedrooms and features 2.5 baths, internet access, central ac/heat, microwave, 5 TV's-Roku & FuboTV, electric fireplace, BBQ grill, porch swing, large outdoor space and outdoor shower…all on the quiet end of the beach! The spacious open concept beach house allows for easy entertaining between the large living room with fireplace, dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar/stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee machine, blender, microwave, slow cooker, etc. Some pantry items, spices, and limited paper suppliers also provided. Bright and airy, Bella Vista’s great room is flooded with natural light that bathes the beautiful furnishings with a warm glow. The master bedroom has an amazing beachfront view with a king size bed. The remaining bedrooms include 1 twin bunkbed, 1 queen bunkbed, 1 full, and 2 queen beds. There is also a pull out sofa in the family room. All bedrooms include Roku/FuboTV and ceiling fan. Then there's the outside: experience the wonderful sights and sounds of the coast whether enjoying a cookout in the large picnic area on the lower level, bird watching in the Bolivar Flats or fishing in the gulf. Bella Vista Beach House is perfect for your next family get-together or best friends' get-away weekend. This is a family friendly beach that cannot be beat so bring the family and enjoy!Small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.
