The lower-level includes a full bathroom, spacious living room with separate sitting area, combination kitchen / dining room, sunroom with work area, screened-in front and side porches with water views, fenced-in backyard with firepit, and parking for 3 or more vehicles. The fully appointed kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots & pans, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, silverware, etc. The kitchen also includes a coffee pot, k-cup machine, toaster, microwave, blender, paper products, and much more. The full-sized washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. The upper level includes 3 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to six (queen, queen, and 2 XL twin beds), all with smart TVs, and a full bathroom. The home is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning units throughout, ceiling fans, and baseboard heating to accommodate a comfortable year-round vacation location.
