Property is situated on a quiet lane which is perfect for walking, biking and running.Lamoka Cove is the perfect summer retreat! This cottage is also great for vacationing during all four seasons. Gas heat will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite micro brew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. Our cottage also offers great ice fishing just off our shoreline during the winter months.INTERIOR LIVING SPACE includes fully equipped KITCHEN w/ dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, cooking & serving implements, pots & pans, toaster, blender, electric griddle, hand mixer, coffeemaker, microwave, electric oven/ range, refrigerator.DINING area w/ table and chairs for sixLIVING area has cable TV, internet, a couch and love seat, chair, regional tourism information.Bedrooms: Tenant provides their own linens (sheets, pillow cases and bath towels).
