The covered patio overlooks the sprawling property that showcases a brilliant display of seasonal colors during the autumn months. Two outdoor dining tables, a gas grill, and ambient string lights set the stage for country cookouts. A firepit provides an evening gathering place to roast s'mores or enjoy a glass of local wine.Its open-concept interior is perfectly designed for family gatherings and the full kitchen is more than equipped to easily handle home-cooked meals. There's even a rollable ice chest that can be filled up with all your favorite happy hour libations. Comfortable seating options and a brand-new smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 pm.Check-out time: 10:00 am.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.Security camera details: Outdoor cameras will be turned off during guest stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
