Washer/dryer, dishwasher, two large screened Smart TV's and wifi are included. The inside of the house is NONSMOKING. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so fun family activities are welcome--loud adult parties are not welcome. Circular driveway can accommodate Class A motorhome with 50 amp power and city water for additional fee.
