The backyard has stairs into the cool clear water to swim or launch kayaks. 6 kayaks are included for your use.The open floor plan Living Room has seating for 6 and a 60" TV to enjoy. Bedrooms have queen beds and two have TVs. All TVs use Chromecast with Google TV and share a subscription to YouTube TV, Netflix, and HBOMax. You can also access YouTube, Amazon Prime, and other subscription services using your login.A nice kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals with seating for 6. You'll also be just minutes away from several restaurants.River Bend also has a Florida room, a patio, and a porch to play games or just relax and watch the river flow by. There's an indoor laundry room for your convenience. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking.River Bend is offered for a MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE AT ALL TIMES - not just overnight. Children of all ages are included in the total number of guests. Gatherings of any kind with more than 6 are not allowed. To avoid any confusion, if you have 6 people on your reservation, you may not have any guests or visitors at any time since that would be more than 6. We will ask you to confirm this house rule when we accept your reservation and remind you of this again just prior to checking in.River Bend is not offered to groups who are renting multiple houses for their stay.River Been offers parking for 2 cars. There is a small grassy overflow area shared by the neighborhood where you may park an additional car or small trailer. Please be aware that the space is first-come first-served which means it may not be available for your use. There is no on-street parking.River Bend has two outdoor security cameras in use at all times for the protection and safety of our guests and property. One monitors the parking area and the other monitors the front door.Please review the Rental Agreement carefully before accepting.
