Corner lot in a cul-de-sac with a privacy fence; heated, gulf-side, salt water pool and jacuzzi; an indoor hot tub, gas and charcoal barbecues, and 600’ of deck upstairs. Three docks for fishing; dropping a basket to catch live blue crab; dolphin, manatee, sea turtle, and local feathered friend sightings; or just taking in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Two of the three docks are available for boat owners. Kayaks, paddle boards, a peddle boat, and bicycles are provided, too! A built-in ladder on the side of dock #1 is available for ease of mounting and dismounting on and off of the kayaks/paddle boards. A full, newly remodeled kitchen and state of the art appliances are a plus for the chefs in the group to cook up your freshly caught fish, crab, and scallops!
