A Bonus Living room is directly off the master with Natuzzi Leather couch, office desk, seating for 15, with kitchenette, bar sink, microwave, mini refrigerator and 65-inch Sony Bravia Smart TV with Bose sound bar. Two large sliding glass doors lead you to the private porch that overlooks the pool, backyard, and the Gulf of Mexico! Main floor living space has another Livingroom with an 80-inch Sony Bravia Smart TV, Yamaha Keyboard, Vinyl LP Player with over 100 albums to choose from and a Bose PA system. Life fitness stationary bike and treadmill for rainy days. The second and third guest suites each include a queen bed, adjacent bathrooms, and private French doors to screened pool deck area. Home Kitchen is all Brand-New with Cafe Collection appliances. Refrigerator with built-in ice maker. Electric flat top stove, microwave, oven, Breville cappuccino machine, Ninja coffee maker, Air fryer, iron skillets, juicer. This home is fully stocked for your vacation! Walking distance to fine dining at Brian's place, casual outdoor pubs with live bands. For those looking for some adventure, rental pontoon boats and charter fishing boats are available for a truly unforgettable experience. Weeki Wachee 11,206 Acre Preserve offers recreational paradise such as hiking, biking, and fishing. One of my favorite Golf courses is the Southern Hills Club featuring a private 18 hole Pete Dye Signature Golf Course.
