It has a fully furnished kitchen and counter seating for four, The living room has leather couches one of which is a sectional and pulls out into a bed, Master bedroom suite including King size bed, The 2ND bedroom has 1 queen size bed. The living room and ALL bedrooms all have flat screen tv's with cable. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the hallway and a furnished back porch that gives you access to a spacious back yard right on the canal with a view of the lock and lake. The marina is steps away from the front door with all the extra tackle you could need, gas for your boat, and a boat slip just in case you wanted to leave the boat in the water. Here at Bass and Sun you get access to the heated pool, a full tennis court, and a basketball court. Within walking distance is Roland Martin's which has shopping and a full service restaurant.
