This home is well appointed with everything you will need for a greatvacation! Access to open decks and a shared screened in porch, overlooking the water, is accessiblefrom each bedroom. Choosing a place to relax with your morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktailshould be easy! The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king size bed, full dresser, Flat screen TV,and master bathroom suite. The second bedroom provides 2 full size beds and built in closet/drawerswith a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom that leads to the laundry room equipped with a washer/dryer set andtrash compactor. Prefer staying indoors? You can still revel in the view from inside the living room linedwith windows. Underneath the house there are 2, one car carports and a screened in room with a patiotable and chairs. Best of all, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water and a view like no other.Fishing folks… enjoy the convenience of Pirates Landing located just one half of a mile at the end of theroad to launch your boat. After a great day of catching fish on the beautiful gulf waters, tie your boat upto the private dock accessible from the Carrabelle River or Postun Bayou. Dock is equipped with runningwater, fish cleaning table, a crab/bait trap, and solar lights, the owners do have extension cords that you can run from house to the dock for electricity. If you're not in the market for boat fishing,take advantage of "The Point" on the right side of the property which will lead you to a great fishing holeat the water's edge! Either way, bring your catch of the day home to cook on the grill or in the fullystocked kitchen! *Does not have WIFI* This property has a 3 night minimum typically- April & May 2024 has a 2 night minimum.Please inquire for monthly rate from October 1st- March 31st. PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR CANCELATION POLICY Bayou Breeze is incorporated in a habitat conservation zone, so be sure to bring a camera for somegreat shots of wildlife all around!Places to visit in the surrounding area include: Tate's Hell Nature Trail, the Historic Carrabelle Lighthouseand Museum, Camp Gordon Johnston World War II Museum, Panacea's Gulf Specimen Marine Lab (withtouch pools for children) and the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve. Various activitiesare available including Dog Island Ferry excursions, charter fishing, kayaking, birding, cycling pathsacross the road and guided boat tours at Wakulla Springs. There are a variety of local seafoodeateries and a local supermarket. Also close by is the beautiful St. James Bay Golf Course designed by Robert Walker.
