If you are lucky while tide is high, you may see dolphins or manatees …our property to make it comfortable and relaxing for all our guests.The house is located in a C section in Palm Coast with a private Canal and Docking . It is a larger (17000 sf) corner lot. Fully fended yard, not only you , but also your furry family member/s can play and enjoy its privacy, too. Walking & biking in this quite and beautiful neighborhood, you will meet friendly neighbors and overlooking all different customer-designed houses. Activities around Palm Coast golf court, European village, and our 2-acre quite, clean,and beautiful beach offering direct access to the water, are all in minutes drive. Our beaches (Jungle Hut Road Park ) are also pet friendly and have amazing Sunrise and Sunsets. Great for long walks or days laying in the sun. We are 25 minutes south of historic St Augustine and 30 minutes north of Daytona. There is also Publix, restaurants, banks ,Starbucks,shoppings 3 miles away.We provide WiFi and TVs free. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about anything you would need to feed the family.
