With voluminous ceilings, an infinity pool, and spa, this home offers unparalleled relaxation. The fully-equipped kitchen, game room, and spacious living areas provide ample space for gatherings. Enjoy the convenience of first-floor living, with a private upstairs bedroom for added privacy. Bring your boat and pets, and explore nearby attractions like St. Augustine and Daytona. Optional pool heating and pet-friendly accommodations ensure a memorable stay!All rooms are located on the first floor, except the 4th upstairs bedroom perfect for additional privacy or extended family. It includes queen bedroom, with two twin trundles (sleeping 4 comfortably), private bathroom, and office/ sitting area with smart TV. Master bedroom has a king size bed and is on the other side of the house and features tray ceilings with a view of the infinity pool/spa and canal. Master bathroom has double vanities, soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen size beds in each. All rooms come with TVS with option to watch Cable TV on the apps.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly think of to make sure you are the chef in the kitchen. Counter space and kitchen dining table with eat-in kitchen overlooking the sparking blue pool and canal. Formal dining room seats 8 and game room features a pool/ billiards table and games. There are two bicycles and a kayak available for you to use during your stay. Bring your boat, your fishing gear, and your pets ($100 per pet) . This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival.
