The unit is the entire second floor of the building and has staircases on both sides of the building leading up. Sorry, no elevator. Large kitchen and eating area, 65" TV in living room, tv's in all bedrooms. Located in the central business district there are dozens of restaurants within blocks of the unit and the beach and pier are only 2 blocks away! No onsite washer / dryer and no oven.All guests are required to follow standard requirements, which includes confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to your house rules.
