This beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 8th floor condo has glorious sunset views from your private balcony overlooking Little Sabine Bay! The kitchen has soft close cabinets, stainless steel appliances with granite countertops, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals when you choose to stay in. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate sleeping for 6 guests. For indoor meals and entertaining there is a lovely dining set and bar stools or head out to the balcony for al fresco dining while enjoying the panoramic views.The spacious, almost 300 square foot, private balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with Large Charter boats headed out to the Gulf for a day of fishing, and paddle boarders and kayakers taking advantage of the wonderful Florida sun. At day’s end marvel at the spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle. There is a sparkling swimming pool with year round access looking out over Sabine Bay. Once you park your car in this gated complex, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home! The boardwalk and famous Casino Beach are within easy walking distance and there is a free beach trolley during the season to catch a ride where you don’t care to walk! To satisfy your adventurous side, next door are outlets for charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises, parasailing, go-carts and rental shops offering jet skis, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and more!South Harbour is an amazing year-round choice for family and friends to get away from it all and discover a slice of paradise.We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some weeks in July may be reduced to a 4 night minimum.Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.Sleeping Configuration:Master Bedroom: Queen Bedroom 2: Queen Living Room: Sleeper Sofa*Minimum rental age 25.
