Exquisite condo on the 6th floor! *Included with this rental is four large wooden beach chairs and two umbrellas. This service is seasonal so not available during the winter months. *This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Gulf-Front condo located on the 6th floor of a 17-story luxury high rise condominium. The property sits on multiple acres with direct beach access to the Gulf of Mexico, so no road to cross to get to the beach. Simply walk out the back door to the pool area and you are steps away from the sun, sand, water & fun! Emerald Isle is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within easy walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the Pensacola Fishing Pier. It is also home to the Blue Angles. You will have a front row seat from your balcony as they fly eye level to you during their July show! In 2018, the unit underwent a remodel: kitchen, new flooring, & new paint. All basic brand new appliances, Keurig and coffee pot maker, and washer/dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a full-size sleeper sofa. There is also a rollaway twin bed. Both bedrooms have new wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room has a 65-inch wall mounted Smart TV. Master bedroom and living room area have a beautiful view of the Gulf through top to bottom sliding glass doors and balcony access. Linens and bath towels are provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Emerald Isle features 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, and fitness center. There are 2 elevators, rolling luggage carts, and electronic gated parking which is reserved for guests only. Free WiFi is also included.We have several favorite places we enjoy visiting in the area and welcome the opportunity to share these with you. We will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy your stay in our condo!
