Emerald Isle is a 17-story luxury high rise Condo resting on five acres at the center of Pensacola Beach, with 300 feet beachfront and all the modern amenities.Tastefully decorated, clean and elegant! Floor to ceiling glass doors and windows on the Gulf side. Tile throughout. Fully equipped kitchen! Master bedroom has a king size bed, overlooking the Gulf. Second bedroom has queen bed. Spacious living area offers an entertainment console and a pull out queen sofa bed. Linens and towels are provided.Two pools (one heated) separated by a bridge and a waterfall. On the ground floor there is an exercise room with sauna overlooking the Gulf. There are two elevators and plenty of rolling luggage carriers. Parking lot has an electronic gated system as well as electronic secure entry areas to the building. There is a boardwalk to the beach with outside showers. Complex is centrally located to restaurants, outdoor activities, and nightly entertainment all within walking distance.Emerald Isle complex is steps away from all that Pensacola Beach has to offer - restaurants, outdoor activities, and nightly entertainment. And Pensacola city is just over the bridge - shopping malls, museums, and much more!Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only in June and July. All other months are also Saturday to Saturday although exceptions may be made based on availability and with a minimum of a three night stay.
