Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Must be 25 or older to rent.The space:- 1st floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, full bath.- 2nd floor: Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and large dining table; spacious gathering room with oversized couch, 75-inch TV, balcony with ocean view, and a half bath.- 3rd floor: Large master suite with ocean views, private balcony with ocean view, full bath with shower room, and custom walk-in closet; Bunk room with full-over-full bunk bed, 1 single trundle bed, and a full bath.Guest access:Guests will have access to the whole home.Other things to note:This home does not have a backyard or back porch.
