Located in the heart of quaint Horseshoe Beach, one of the last fishing villages that Florida has to offer. Enjoy world class fishing & an amazing scallop season, all while experiencing the slow and quiet pace of Old Florida. As good as the fishing is, there will be times you will not want to leave the perfectly appointed seaside cottage home. The wrap around deck is the perfect location for morning coffee or evening happy hour. The largest bedroom features 2 Queen Beds with an attached bath. The 2nd bedroom also features a queen bed with full bath across the hall. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the great room. Enjoy outside dining while utilizing the gas grill and two xtra large picnic tables. A gas stockpot is provided for shrimp boils. You are welcome to utilize the fish cleaning station and outdoor shower to wash the salt off! The boat ramp is just 75 steps away - there is plenty of Parking for your truck & trailer on our vacant lot next to the home. The freshest shrimp for fishing AND eating is within walking distance at Florida Cracker Shrimp & Bait Co!The home is well stocked with kitchen items/linens. However, be sure to hit the grocery store before you come as there is no substantial market in Horseshoe Beach, only the necessities at the Marina. The Marina rents Kayaks & Golf Carts for your convenience, and also features a boat lift and gas pumps! Hope you enjoy your stay!
