Newly updated and furnished with fashionable decor - 3 bedroom-2 baths-2 car garage-Heated pool...Perfection !Family room boasts high ceilings with a large leather sectional, 77 inch OLED TV and Sonos surround sound system for an outstanding movie and music listening experience. Master bedroom boasts a King size bed with lovely en-suite bath-walk-in shower-bathtub and includes a 55 inch TV. Guest room #1 and #2 have Queen size beds and 43 inch on wall TVs. Outside by the pool there is an additional on-wall TV, gorgeous seating area and sound system for relaxing by the pool. Home includes a full kitchen, waterfall island, dining area, breakfast nook and butlers pantry. Refrigerator water and ice are filtered for superior taste. Home includes 8 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart and multiple coolers. Beach towels are also available. Multiple games to keep the family entertained. A second refrigerator is available in the garage if needed. Home is a short walk to Mackle Park which features a playground, two dog parks, shuffleboard, bocce, basketball, fishing, volleyball & more. The YMCA is also just a 5 minute walk, offering monthly and daily membership passes. Cars may be ticketed or towed.OccupancyThere is a maximum occupancy of 6 people sleeping at the property. Guests are required to provide the names of everyone in their group after you make your reservation. TrashYou are required to bring the garbage/recycling bins down to the road on garbage and recycle days- Sunday and Wednesday evenings after 6PM. Garbage trucks pick up trash early on Monday and Thursday morning. House ConditionThe house is very clean when you arrive. You must leave the house in reasonably clean condition. Leave no more than 2 loads of laundry. Leave the kitchen stove and counters free of cooked food in pots and plates. Outdoor TV cover must be kept on the outdoor TV when not in use and re-installed prior to departure.
