Outside, the generous lanai area overlooks the canal pool and waterfall spa and covered eating/dining area. Features a Saltwater pool system, which has less chlorine and less of the heavy chemical scent and content. They're gentler on the skin, with less irritation to the eyes, hair and swimsuits. The water has a softer, silkier feel to it compared to chlorine water. There is a built in grilling kitchen and outdoor shower for you to use during your stay as well. Paradise is waiting for you!Please not the following:1. $1000 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit at the time of booking. 2. Pets are ONLY accepted with Owner Approval. Once approved, additional pet fee and security deposit will be applied. The Security Deposit is refundable after departure inspection. Pet Fee is NONREFUNDABLE. Please note that we do not heat the pools during our Summer months: May through mid-November. Residential RulesWe hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit. Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
