It also comes with a two-car garage.At this house, there are three unique locations where this is true: The first-floor lanai, the second-floor balcony, and the third-floor observation deck. With sun for almost the entire day due its southwest exposure, it’s difficult to imagine a better place to bask in this view than in one of these three locations.You’ll truly never want to go inside, since there is everything that you could ever think of and need on the lanai. Whether you’re wanting to cook up and enjoy a poolside barbeque or just relax in pure bliss, the sky is the limit with the gas grill, spacious heated pool and hot tub, loungers and lounge areas, and table both inside and outside of the pool. Feel free to end your day here in a true Marco Island fashion with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.Just as with the exterior, when you do finally make it inside, you’ll never want to leave. But, don’t worry, the view from the outside is still your constant backdrop with the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood and brighten the rooms with natural light. Tropical modernity is the theme of the interior, as seaside-inspired sculptures, paintings, and décor fill the environment and surround the modern and comfy furnishings. The master suite, in particular, is designed with sand-colored furniture and sliding door access to the lanai. You will also find a guest bedroom with king bed on the ground level.
