This unit is fully furnished so all you need to bring is your golf clubs! Golf membership is optional and is available for an additional transfer fee of $100. Amenities coming in 2023 will include a resort-style pool, restaurant, tennis, and fitness center when completed. Some of the local town amenities also include two community parks, a community water park, and lots of dining options for the family. Per HOA requirements there is a 30-day minimum stay.
